Jen Wood
Now more than ever, the time we take to care for ourselves is so valuable. My approach is to create a container for wellness customized to your personal goals. I use a variety of training methods and modalities to meet the needs of all levels of physicality and fitness. Rehabilitation training is my love and I specialize in post surgical/physical therapy training with an ongoing specialty in joint replacement rehab and strengthening. I employ tools like the Power Plate Vibration Therapy, Bellicon Rebounder, Suspension training and traditional weights and band resistance to round out my Pilates and Therapeutic Yoga background. I have worked with professional athletes of varying disciplines to enhance athletic performance and recover from injury. With over 20 years of experience, I enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities from youth to elders.
